Description

This is a long over due request by :iconshinjuuki: of her OC Shinju
I tried out something different by creating a shape with the border rather than sticking to the image being A4 size and personally, i quite like it
Apologies for the time this took, i had far too many ideas with this picture and it took a long time to settle and then get it as i wanted.
Thank you :iconshinjuuki: for letting me draw your lovely OC  :tighthug:  :tighthug:

I really like the wonderful border you did in the Art Nouveau style. It reminds me of a lovely cameo brooch.

The hair is a bit stiff, less like hair and more like leafs of a palm tree, but you are at least half way there on having a nice flow. I would like to suggest some thing to help explain what I mean by flow of hair. Take long strands of ribbon/thin cloth, different lengths and thickness, tie them all together at one end, and hang them outside on a nice sunny day. Then just sit and watch how the ribbons move in the wind. It sounds silly but the ribbons are about the right weight for larger strands of hair and will bend in a similar fashion.

Also her head is a little on the thin side, skulls don't generally stop at the ears. She appears to be missing the part of her skull or the base of the pony tail should start much lower as to give her head a more circular shape.

I saved the parts I like most about your piece for last. The wonderful wing, with the beautifully displayed colors, and her expression. I really like the expression you gave her very, "You can look but can not touch."

I enjoyed the piece very much. Thank you for your time.
